Stoney River Ramsey is hosting a presentation on how to navigate senior living followed by a corn feed on Wednesday, August 21, at 12:30pm at the assisted living and memory support community, located at 14401 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, MN.
Board Certified Geriatrician and aging expert, Clemencia Rasquinha, MD, CMD, with Twin City Physicians, will share advice on how to make lifestyle choices that promote senior health and wellness now and in the future. Dr. Rasquinha’s talk will include tips and advice on how to evaluate current and future needs, prepare for change and choose the right senior living community for yourself or a loved one. Dr. Rasquinha was instrumental in creating the clinical guidelines used for older adults today.
After getting an earful about senior living, enjoy filling up on delicious sweet corn covered in savory butter, cilantro and lime or caramel sauce. Participants will also get the chance to meet Stoney River team members and tour the community.
